Tiffany Griessmueller-Meligan comes from a business background in tech, consumer goods, and marketing—always in a customer-centric role. Tiffany’s role at Quad Construction is to keep projects organized, ensure communication is open & smooth, and sometimes get gloves on and pitch-in. You’ll find her working at their cozy retail spot, Tea Lyn's Tea shop, established in 2017 and located in White Salmon, WA. 

Martin Griessmueller began his career with a Master's Certification in Landscaping in Germany. Later, he obtained his Master's degree in Berlin, studying Political Science & Media Studies concurrently. On the side, he remodeled 19th Century apartments, working in different cities around the world. Ultimately, he ended up building an Off-Grid house in Washington State where he started his own Construction Business in 2015.
